There are a few different ways to contact the Xenia team or the College. Each option depends on the issue at hand, although generally you can always speak to a Warden first to get advice on where to go.
Everything can be brought up by either contacting the wardens, the college, or the reception.
You can contact the wardens in regards to anything relating to the management of the students in the halls. This could be related to social event ideas, overnight guest requests, or signposting. If in doubt ask one of us. You can reach us via the facebook group, email@example.com, through eXenia, or talking to one of us in person.
From Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, the reception is manned and ready to help. You can go over and speak to them in person or call them on 02074 504601.
For reporting defects send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If its an urgent (leaks, dangerous wiring, broken doors etc.) see below.
In an emergency, you can contact the reception or the Duty Warden. During working hours the reception can be reached via phone on 0207 450 4601 (or extension 333). If it is out-of-hours the Duty Warden can be contacted on the Duty Phone: 07764 352126 (or extension 444)
For urgent issues (such as noise complaints, leaks, or lock outs) the reception or the Duty Warden can be contacted for an immediate response. During working hours the reception can be reached via phone on 0207 450 4601 (or extension 333). If it is out-of-hours the Duty Warden can be contacted on the Duty Phone: 07764 352126 (or extension 444).
